Alton W. Etheridge is the Founder of The Best T.I.E. Solution and brings nearly four decades of distinguished leadership, technical expertise, and public service. He proudly served 22 years in the United States Air Force, retiring as a disabled veteran after an honorable military career dedicated to serving our nation. Following his military service, Alton continued his commitment to public service as an Information Technology professional with the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) Pretrial Services, where he served for 17 years before retiring. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his integrity, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to supporting mission-critical operations through technology and innovation. As Founder, Alton provides strategic leadership grounded in service, accountability, and excellence. His military discipline, federal government experience, and passion for strengthening organizations and communities help guide the vision and mission of The Best T.I.E. Solution as it partners with government agencies, nonprofits, educational institutions, and businesses to create meaningful and sustainable impact.
